Only enough space to fit a massage couch and myself.

Will there be any assessments/tests?

This depends on the nature of your appointment. If you have injured yourself in a specific place on your body I normally do an assessments on the joints above and below that area to undestand the problem. This will take normally 20 / 30 minutes. Any assessments carried out will yield more accurate results, especially when there is a clearer view of the area in question.

A holistic massage, doesn't need any prior assessments.

Please be aware: Some conditions may need consent from your GP before my treatments.

How many sessions will I need?

For sports massage it depends on the nature of your appointment. If it is for a specific injury then sometimes up to 3-4 sessions will be necessary to clear the problem.

If you have booked a holistic/relaxation massage then it is all up to you on just how stressed you are :-)

At least an hour before the session do not eat.

What form of payments do you accept?
